Terms and conditions

  1. Event Participation

By registering as a vendor or attending as a guest, you agree to follow all event rules, staff instructions, and venue policies. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates these terms.

  1. Vendor Registration
  • Vendor tables are assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis once payment is received.
  • Each vendor receives one 8‑ft table unless additional tables are purchased.
  • Vendors must check in at the designated entrance before setup.
  • Table locations may be adjusted by event staff to maintain traffic flow and safety.
  1. Payments & Refunds
  • All vendor table fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • Fees are non‑refundable, except in the event of show cancellation by the organizers.
  • Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in loss of table privileges at future events.

6. Liability

The SD Vaulted Collectible Show, its organizers, and the venue are not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • Injuries occurring due to vendor negligence

  • Disputes between vendors and customers

Vendors and attendees participate at their own risk.

 

7. Security

  • Bags may be subject to inspection at entry or exit.

  • Suspicious activity should be reported immediately to event staff.

  • The organizers may remove any individual posing a safety risk.

 

8. Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Vendors may photograph their own tables but must not disrupt other vendors or attendees.

 

9. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed:

  • Weapons or replicas

  • Illegal substances

  • Open flames or hazardous materials

  • Any item prohibited by venue policy

 

10. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify event hours, layout, table assignments, or policies as needed. Any major changes will be communicated to registered vendors via email.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration or entering the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
